Anew School of
Leadership & Fundraising
Fund your mission with clarity, courage, and purpose
Fundraising isn't just a task — it's a leadership practice
The fundraising landscape has changed.
Funders are navigating their own uncertainty. Economic pressures are tightening. And across the sector, organisations are facing increased scrutiny about which causes get supported — and which don’t.
Leaders across all organisations have been left scrambling to replace funding, feeling stuck between the urgent needs of their work and the enormous challenge of resourcing it.
We believe this moment calls for a different fundraising approach — one rooted in purpose, strategy, modern methods, and relationship. We believe it’s time for fundraising to become a core leadership responsibility, not a side hustle.
A space for purpose-driven leaders
The Anew School of Leadership & Fundraising is designed for people who are holding both the mission and the budget line — and trying to make it all work.
This three-day, in-person learning experience will help you:
Step back and reconnect with your purpose
Strengthen your ability to communicate your story with clarity
See fundraising not as a scramble based on limited methods and strained relationships, but as a strategic and values-aligned act of leadership
Learn with others navigating similar questions — and walk away with practical, tested approaches to resourcing your work in complex environments
By the end of the programme, you will:
Clarify Purpose
Reconnect with the mission your fundraising is meant to serve — and develop your ability to communicate it with clarity and conviction.
Reframe Fundraising as Leadership
See fundraising as a strategic, relational, and values-driven act of leadership — not just a technical skill.
Diagnose and Unblock
Understand what’s holding your current fundraising efforts back. Culturally, structurally, or relationally.
Explore New Pathways
Engage with alternative and modern models of funding and fundraising that align with your work and your values.
Strengthen Conversations
Grow your confidence in engaging donors, supporters, and stakeholders in honest conversations that move them to action.
Commit to Action
Leave with a practical shift, whether a tool, strategy, or experiment, that you’re ready to implement.
Learn from Peers
Build a community with a cohort of leaders committed to resourcing work that matters.
